Welcome to the 2023 Apitherapy Course Conference! This year’s event was filled with insightful talks, engaging breakout sessions, and plenty of opportunities to network with fellow apitherapists.
For those who may not be familiar with apitherapy, it is a holistic healing practice that uses products derived from honeybees for medicinal purposes. This can include honey, beeswax, royal jelly, propolis, and even bee venom!
Our conference aimed to educate attendees on the latest research in apitherapy and provide practical knowledge for incorporating these natural remedies into their practices.

Our Keynote Speaker
Our keynote speaker at the 2023 Apitherapy Course Conference was a true inspiration to all attendees. Frederique Keller’s extensive knowledge on honeybees, and apitherapy left everyone in impressed and ready for our question and answer session.. The audience listened intently as he spoke about the crucial role they play not only in pollination but also in producing various medicinal products.
She shared her own personal experiences with apitherapy and how it has helped improve her and others’ overall health and wellbeing.
Her presentation wasn’t just informative; it was also engaging. Frederique and the registrants had a great sense of humor which made it easy for everyone to understand complex concepts surrounding apitherapy. Our keynote speaker provided valuable insights into the world of bees that left us all buzzing during and after!
Q & A Session
During the 2023 Apitherapy Course Conference, our Q&A session was one of the highlights of the event. This session provided attendees with an opportunity to delve deeper into specific topics related to honeybees and apitherapy.

Learn a little more regarding the American Apitherpay Society President!
Dr. Patrick Fratellone, MD, RH (AHG) FIM FACC.
Dr. Fratellone has the distinction of being one of the few integrative cardiologists in the United States. He is also the only integrative physician in New York City with active hospital admitting privileges at three city hospitals: St. Luke’s Hospital, Roosevelt Hospital and Beth Israel Hospital. Dr. Fratellone is a Fellow of Integrative Medicine with a degree from the University of Arizona, where he studied under the directorship of Dr. Andrew Weil, M.D. Dr Fratellone has recently completed his course studies at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine under the supervision of 7song. Dr. Fratellone recently completed his coursework for fellowship as a Registered Herbalist (American Herbal Guild) making him one of the few medical doctors in the United States with this distinction. Dr. Fratellone was elected to the AAS Board of Directors after attending CMACC 2014.
